Early bird registration is in effect March 1 and ends April 7. Below are registration fees.

Full conference registration fee includes:
- All keynote presentations
- Communities of Practice Dialogues
- Ignite Talks
- Your choice of concurrent sessions
- City Walking Tour
- Bill Reid Gallery Tour
- All coffee breaks, Welcome Reception on May 24, breakfast on May 25 and 26, lunch on May 25, and Closing Gala Dinner on May 26
Single day conference registration fee includes:
- One keynote presentation
- Your choice of concurrent sessions or Ignite talks
- Coffee breaks
- Breakfast and either lunch on May 25 (or) dinner at the Closing Gala on May 26

Confirmation and Cancellation Policy: Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Payment for registration fees will be accepted through a secure server by credit card only. All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates. You will receive both a receipt and a confirmation by email
Please note: We will use Guidebook exclusively for the program, which will give you plenty of ways to organize, plan and enjoy your time. The app will keep you up-to-date on events, speakers and other key information. Here’s a quick end-user tutorial.
You’ll have all the information you need at your fingertips—from which concurrent session to select to a map of the venue with floor plans so you can plan your route. You’ll also receive real-time notifications about any changes to times and locations.
