Please note: All prices are subject to HST.

Payment Options: MasterCard, Visa, and Waterloo internal AFF codes are accepted online. Payment can also be made by cheque or wire-transfer if you choose the invoice option.

Confirmation & Cancellation Policy: Participation is not confirmed until payment is received. Confirmation will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment. If you wish to cancel your registration, a full refund less a $75 administration fee will be issued if you give notice by May 16, 2016, after which date refunds will not be issued. With advance notice, you are welcome to transfer your registration and send a substitute. We are not able to accommodate split registrations.

Travel and Accommodation: You are responsible for arranging your own travel and accommodations.

Program Changes: We reserve the right to change, reschedule or cancel any speaker, session, social event or fee related to the conference without notice.
